CompaNanny is a Dutch day care centre with a unique working method focused on the development of the child. This article is written by Lisanne Wintgens who acted as the Account Manager on the CompaNanny project.
In a sector like the day care centre it can be quite a hassle to stand out from the crowd. CompaNanny has build trustworthy relationships with their clients by not just taking care of the children but also acting as an extension to their upbringing. This experience characterizes their day care centre. But how do you translate that into their online channels?
Trust is created through personal contact. By facilitating and stimulating interaction in an open and honest way, CompaNanny will position itself as not your everyday day care centre. It offers parents convenient ways to help plan and organize their busy family lives and keeps them informed in an interesting way.
CONSPIRACYSINC created a brand new website, an app and several activations, emphasizing the personal and convenient aspects of CompaNanny in a professional way. By developing ways to share knowledge and information in direct personal contact, we effectuated the interactive element. This brings employees and parents together with dialogue as the ultimate goal.
The disruptive way CompaNanny was positioned made way for an improved brand image amongst its clients. The interaction by use of video and the journal way of informing, earned the appreciation of many of the parents in their client base and put CompaNanny forward as a one-of-a-kind day care centre.
